Installing CCTV

• The CCTV being installed must not capture images outside of the property's border

Installing fitted wardrobes

• Please let us know the location where the fitted wardrobe is being installed

Installing wood/laminate flooring

• Please let us know the location where the wood/laminate flooring is being installed

Removing satellite dishes and aerials

• Please let us know if your property is a new build

Installing catflaps

• The catflap must be installed by a competent works person and done so following manufacturing instructions, making sure the door is sealed

Installing outside taps

• You must ensure that the tap can be isolated

Installing Decking

• The decking being installed must not exceed 30cm in height or cover more than 50% of the garden area

Install shed

• You must following planning restrictions for shed sizes. Please let us know if your property is a new build as you may need planning permission

Install paving

• Please let us know the location where the paving is being installed or renewed

Install tile/cladding

• Please let us know the location where the paving is being installed or renewed

• Please let us know the location where the fencing is being installed or renewed. There may be restrictions if your property is a new build due to planning conditions

Install new kitchen 

• Provide us with a design plan (if possible)

Install new bathroom

• Provide us with a design plan (if possible)

Install new windows, doors or patio doors

• The works person carrying out the install must be a FENSA approved installer

New extension or conservatory

• Provide us with a design plan (if possible)

Removing building or garden structures

• Please provide us with further information about the building or garden structure

Install external decoration

• Please provide us with further information about the external decoration

Install solar PV panels

• The works person carrying out the install must be a MCS certified installer

Install air or ground source heat pump

• The works person carrying out the install must be a TrustMark certified installer

Electrical works (sockets, switches etc)

• Please provide us with further information about the electrical works
