Our people case study - Laila Sutherland
Laila started her apprenticeship with us, having studied at Whitworth Park Academy and successfully passed her GCSE's in 2022.
With a desire to help others and a thirst for learning she applied to join our Customer Experience Academy - a joint venture formed with Whitworth Park Academy to support students into a working environment who have a passion for customer experience. Laila joined us in September 2022 as our new Customer Services Apprentice studying towards Level 3 in Business Administration.
Laila secured a position with our development team in November 2023 as an Administrative Assistant.
