Conversion works to properties in Middleton Road and Association Street, Shildon are now complete, creating homes to meet local demand.
Work commenced on 12 bedsits in autumn 2022 to transform them into five, 2 bedroomed, and one, 3 bedroom adapted bungalow, each undergoing full remodeling, central heating replacement, window replacement, plastering, rewiring, replacement kitchen, and level access shower.
All bungalows have been allocated following a successful bidding process through Durham Key Options.
