Local housing provider, Livin has announced additional key appointments in its housing and property teams.
David Rafferty and Paul Thompson, both from strong social housing backgrounds, joined Livin this week as head of housing management and head of property services.
The appointments follow the launch of Livin’s business strategy Plan A, which sets out 23 challenges to grow and improve services.
As head of housing management David will be focusing on the delivery of outstanding services to tenants and communities, including strengthening support for older and vulnerable tenants and leading a customer centric housing team. Paul in his role as head of property services will focus on leading the delivery of modern, cutting edge repairs and maintenance services delivering carbon reductions and improving the energy efficiency and quality of Livin homes.
Alan Boddy, executive director of housing and operations said: “This additional investment reflects our growth and future plans to strengthen services to our tenants and local communities. We are delighted to welcome both David and Paul to the Livin team. They each bring qualities and experience which will help drive forward our ambitious plans.
