Following a recent inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), we are pleased to announce we have been graded G1 for Governance (unchanged), V2 for Viability (unchanged), and C2 (first grading) for the new Consumer Standard confirming regulatory compliance across all assessed areas.
The inspection process recognised many positive areas including our proactive ‘needs’ driven tenancy visit programme, and our approach to engaging customers ensuring effective scrutiny and meaningful customer involvement in improving services. We remain focused on enhancing the data on the condition of our homes by completing our programme of stock condition surveys.
